2. For Monthly Plan Subscribers

If you’re on a monthly plan:

  • Contact Support: Simply reach out to our support team.
  • Subscription Cancellation: We will cancel your subscription on your old device.
  • Free First Month: As a thank you for sticking with us, you’ll receive a promo code that lets you start your subscription on your new device with the first month completely free.

It’s that easy — just drop us a message and we’ll handle the rest!


3. For 6-Month or Annual Plan Subscribers

If you’re on a 6-month or annual plan, follow these steps to transfer your subscription:

  1. Log In on Your New Device:
    Sign in to your Builds.io account using your new iOS device.
  2. Install Your Profile:
    After logging in, make sure to install your profile. This is a crucial step as it provides us with essential information — like your new device’s UDID — so we can process the transfer accurately.
  3. Proceed to Checkout (Without Payment):
    At checkout, do not complete the payment. Instead, leave the payment process unfinished.
  4. Notify Our Support Team:
    Contact our support and let us know that you’re ready to transfer your subscription and that you’re writing from your new device. We’ll then work our magic to enable your subscription on your new device.
