If you Logged in and our system tells you to choose Subscription Plan and asks you to pay again:

  • Make sure that you are not using a private/incognito mode in your Safari browser.

  • Be sure you're Logging In the same way you've Signed Up.

If you Signed Up with Facebook, for example, purchased a subscription, installed the profile — please log in via the same Facebook account too. 

If you Log in using another social account, our service will automatically create a new BuildStore account connected to it and ask you to pay.
